Parking

Summerstart Map

Printable Campus Map         Campus Accessibility Map

Parking will be available in a designated R Lot (Residential Lot) on north campus near the Edens/Higginson residence halls, and in designated C Lots (Commuter Lots) on south campus. You must purchase a parking permit to park in any of the lots. Parking enforcement is done by license plate readers, so you need to know your license plate number to complete the permit purchase.

You can obtain a parking permit in 1 of 2 ways:

  1. Purchase a permit from the nearest parking pay box in the R Lot or the C Lots when you arrive on campus. Permits are required 24/7 in the R Lot; permits are required in the C Lots during the hours of 7:30am – 4:30pm. Credit/Debit cards ONLY!
  2. Purchase a permit in advance using the Parkmobile cell phone app (note there is an additional $ .25 fee to use the app).

Summerstart participants will be sent a Parking Code in your confirmation materials after you make a reservation. This parking code can be used to secure a parking rate unique to our program. The anticipated costs for parking are $4 per day in the C Lots and $10 per day in the designated R Lot. You will also be sent a parking map in your orientation confirmation materials with specific directions to designated lots.

Save Time! Pre-Pay for Summerstart parking using the Parkmobile app! For more information about Parking Services, purchasing permits and directions to campus, please visit the Parking Services website. Visit the Parkmobile website to learn more about this app and the pay in advance option. If you have questions about permits or using the app, please contact the Parking Customer Service office at 360.650.2945.

Construction Notes!

Construction to upgrade and pave the final portion of the C Lots will occur this summer. Your confirmation materials will include a map with specific directions to parking lots designated for Transitions participants. Thank you in advance for your patience!
