Directions and Parking

If you are coming to Bellingham via Interstate 5, take exit 252, head west off the freeway and follow the signs to WWU.

Parking will be available on campus in the C gravel lots on the south end of campus.  Please note:  After your reservation has been processed, you will be sent an official Summerstart parking permit.  To avoid ticketing, you MUST display your permit on the dashboard of your car.  Please observe regulatory signs, and pardon the construction as we expand our academic facilities.  For a parking map of campus, visit www.ps.wwu.edu/parking/map/index.aspx.

Local Accommodations

While we encourage your family members to stay overnight on campus by participating in our Family Orientation with Overnight, they may prefer accommodations in the greater Bellingham area.  For a list of local accommodations, visit http://www.nssfo.wwu.edu/local-accomodations.shtml.

Please note: Once your Summerstart dates have been confirmed, we encourage family members who prefer to stay overnight off-campus to make their hotel reservation as soon as possible. Bellingham is a popular summer destination and local hotels fill quickly.
