Noon	Campus tour (optional), meet at Student Recreation Center
1 pm	Check-in, Bond Hall, 1st Floor Lobby
1:30 – 3:30 pm	Academic Advising and Registration Information

Following is the Spring Advising & Registration program schedule for transfer students on March 31, 2008

9 am	Math Placement Test (if needed), Fraser Hall 4
	Campus tour (optional), meet at Student Recreation Center
10 – 10:30 am	Check-in, Communications Facility Lobby
10 – 10:45 am	Information fair, Communications Facility Lobby
10:45 am	Welcome, Communications Facility 115
11 am - Noon	Academic advising
Noon – 2 pm	Class registration (if needed)
1 – 2 pm	Departmental advising
1 pm	Library tour

Math Placement Test
Not all transfer students need to take the Math Placement Test (MPT).  However, students whose major requires a math course must take the MPT before registering for their first math course at Western.  To determine whether you should take the Advanced or Intermediate exam, or for exceptions to taking the MPT, visit the Testing Center Web site.  If you have any questions about the Math Placement Test, please contact the Academic Advising Center at 360.650.3850 or advising@wwu.edu.

If you need to take the MPT, please indicate so on your Spring Advising & Registration reservation form.  Plan to arrive at Fraser Hall 4 by 9 am with your photo ID, a #2 pencil and $25 cash or check.
