When approaching Bellingham from I-5:

• Take Exit 252 (Samish Way & WWU)
• Turn west on Samish Way
• Follow signs to Bill McDonald Parkway and WWU
• There will be a moratorium on permitted parking Friday, 5pm-Sunday, 9pm; please observe parking regulatory signs in all lots
